Privacy Policy

TixGate (operated by Ding.hu Kft., Budapest, Hungary) processes the personal data you provide when booking — your name, email address, phone number and country — solely to fulfil your booking, issue your tickets and legally required receipts or invoices, and to let the experience provider contact you about your booked activity.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach TixGate's servers. Receipts and invoices are issued through Számlázz.hu where required by Hungarian law. Your data is shared only with the provider you book with and these processors.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We retain booking records only as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes.
