TixGate is a booking platform. When you book an experience, your contract for the activity itself is with the listed provider (the "partner"), who is responsible for delivering the experience as described.

Payment is collected securely at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices, availability and what is included are set by the provider. Cancellation and refund conditions are shown on each experience's page and may differ per provider.

Tickets are personal, delivered by email, and must be presented (QR code) at the venue. If an activity is cancelled by the provider, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected tickets.
